1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on Ashton Up. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these terms periodically, so please review them before making a purchase.

2. Products and Measurements

  • Product Representation: We strive to display product colors and images accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photographic lighting.

  • Sizing: Please consult our Size Guide on each product page before ordering. As items are made-to-order, we cannot offer returns for size selection errors.

3. Personalization

You are responsible for any custom text or images added to your order. Please double-check all details before checkout. Once an order enters production, changes to personalized elements cannot be made.

4. Orders and Availability

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted once you receive an acknowledgment email containing your order number and details.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Estimates: We provide estimated delivery dates at checkout. While we aim for prompt delivery, Ashton Up is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

6. Your Right to Make Changes or Cancel

We provide a limited window for modifications to ensure fast production:

  • Standard Shipping: Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours.

  • Express Shipping: Changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour. To manage your order, please use the “Manage Order” link in your confirmation email or contact admin@ashtonup.com.

7. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we operate under the following policy:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@ashtonup.com with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection due to the custom nature of our products.

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

8. Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • We have insufficient stock to fulfill the order.

  • A product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

  • Shipping to your location is restricted by our carriers. In these cases, you will be notified via email and refunded in full.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ashton Up provides products for private, domestic use. We are not liable for any business losses, loss of profit, or business interruption resulting from the use of our products.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, and any disputes will be decided only by the relevant courts within that jurisdiction.
