Thank you for shopping at Ashton Up. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Since all our products are custom-made specifically for you, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and production before your item is dispatched. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising quality.

2. Shipping Estimates

We offer fast shipping to our primary markets. Once your order is processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States, UK, EU, CA, AU, SG, JP: 2-5 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 business days.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our shipping partners. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Ashton Up is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at admin@ashtonup.com within 24 hours.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply to send the item back to the correct location.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want your order to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at admin@ashtonup.com so we can arrange a replacement.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: While we are not legally liable for the actions of third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we value your business. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance or documentation to support your claim, our team is here to help.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ashton Up is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
